- The service must be proven to be non-functional on your device/internet connection
despite troubleshooting.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- If you simply changed your mind after 48 hours.
- If you are unable to setup the service on your end due to your own lack of technical
knowledge (though our support will help you).
- If your internet speed is below the recommended minimum (10Mbps for HD, 25Mbps for 4K).
- If you violate our Terms of Service (e.g., re-streaming our content).
3. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you
of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be
processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method
of payment, within 5-10 business days.
